The Emerald Coast Regional Planning Council/Florida-Alabama Transportation Planning Organization is looking for public input for the PedBikeTrail 2023 Master Plan.The Florida-Alabama Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) is developing a comprehensive plan for pedestrian, bicycle, and trails infrastructure.

The goal of this survey is to gain insight from the community to develop a shared vision of pedestrian and bicycle facilities throughout the Escambia and Santa Rosa County area. This will also help provide a resource for Escambia and Santa Rosa County citizens, planners, developers and political leaders to establish and promote pedestrian and bicycle-friendly communities. This plan will update the TPO's Pedestrian/Bicycle Master Plan by adding a trail element.
