Murph
CrossFit Navarre will be hosting the hero workout Murph on Friday, May 22nd during normal class times starting at 5am running every hour on the hour until 10am. Then again at 5 & 6pm. You will also have the opportunity to do Murph on Saturday, May 23rd during out 9am class.
Athletes of all levels can do some version of Murph. We have several different scales available. Even bikes or rowers instead of running. We also have weighted vests you can borrow for your workout.
