Small Business Committee Meeting - TOPIC: Workforce Development

Dear Chamber Member,
 
Let me begin by thanking all the small businesses who participated in last month's Small Business Committee meeting. We had some great discussions and obtained valuable feedback from our members. I would like to invite you to attend the Small Business Committee's second meeting, scheduled to take place on 16 March at 8:00am at The Navarre Chamber Information Center at 1804 Prado Street.
 
The agenda for this meeting will focus more heavily on workforce recruitment and development challenges faced by small business in Santa Rosa County. We will ask for your feedback on the following topics:
 

1. What are the challenges and successes you have experienced in recruiting and retaining employees in Santa Rosa County. 
2. Any training/workshops/certifications that you feel would benefit your employees' and/or your business. 
3. Any other workforce related issues, ideas or successes that you would like to share.
