Managing Employees to a TEA

Presented by: Dennis Schroeder

WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

Our number one asset in business can also be our number one pain: Our People. They are adults, and we need to acknowledge that. But can we get them to believe it too? How do we inspire them to take responsibility for their jobs, to understand that their goal each day should be to help the company succeed?

In this workshop, you will learn the three foundations of people management that create a culture of personal responsibility and accountability that releases you from their drama and allows more time to think about driving success in your business.
